| For extra daily servicing a R225 per day surcharge will apply.
Extra daily servicing consists of cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, making beds and a general tidy up. This service is not provided on public holidays or Sundays. Daily washing of towels can be done by the tenant in the appliances provided. The apartment is serviced once a week when fresh linen and towels are replaced. |

Cancellation policy: |
- 60 days prior to arrival 50% of your deposit will be refunded
- 30 days or less prior to your arrival 0% of your deposit will be refunded
- Peak season - deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
